Engaging With Young Caregivers: A Toolkit for Professionals
This toolkit was created for YCA to help guide professionals on how to work with young caregivers. It explores young caregiver. It implements a creatively planned three-prong approach to leading, supporting, and empowering young caregivers in various professional contexts.
Along with the conversation prompts, coping skills, and tangible activities, it also explores research specific tip sheets - example: how to support young caregivers who have parents in active addiction.

Guided grief journals
These journals are a prompted, DIY style journal for anyone experience loss. I have made two versions - one for losing a loved one, and one for losing an animal companion. With each page, the individual is prompted through gentle reflection, positive nostalgia, and is able to collect memories in a safe place. They were made with kids in mind, and are great for anyone who needs help processing loss and grief.

Chapbooks
During my creative writing undergraduate, I had the privilege of working with Brock University Creative Writing Club, as well as individual writers within the community, to help create chapbooks and zines of poetry. One of my great passions is making poetry accessible and unpretentious, as well as empowering writers to continue writing.
